We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to run the waitlist and keep the Site online. This policy explains what, why, and your rights under the GDPR.

Who we are

Snaiperis is operated by an MB registered in Lithuania. Contact: hello@snaiperis.lt.

What we collect

  • Your email address — when you submit the waitlist form. Stored in our Postgres database hosted on Hetzner (Falkenstein, Germany).
  • Server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, response status. Used to keep the Site online and detect abuse. Retained for 30 days, then deleted.
  • Server-side error reports (Sentry) — exceptions thrown by our own code on the server. Includes the request path, method, stack trace, and your IP. Used to keep the service running. Retained per Sentry's defaults (30 days).
  • Browser error reports (Sentry) — only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. Includes browser, URL, and stack traces from your device. Retained 30 days.

What we don't collect

  • No advertising or marketing cookies.
  • No third-party analytics beyond Sentry (and only with consent).
  • No fingerprinting.

Legal bases

Waitlist email: your consent, given by submitting the form. Server logs and server-side Sentry: our legitimate interest in keeping the Site online and secure. Browser Sentry: your consent, given via the cookie banner.

Who we share data with (sub-processors)

  • Hetzner (Germany) — hosting and Postgres storage.
  • Cloudflare (EU/global) — DNS and edge TLS.
  • Resend (USA) — sending the waitlist confirmation email.
  • Sentry (USA) — error tracking, only with consent.

Where data leaves the EU (Resend, Sentry), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may: access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, export it, restrict its processing, or withdraw consent. Email hello@snaiperis.lt; we'll respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).

How long we keep your data

Waitlist emails: until you ask us to delete them, or until the product ships and you either sign up or decline. Server logs: 30 days. Sentry errors: 30 days. Backups roll off after 30 days.

Children

The Site is not intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll let waitlist members know by email before the change takes effect.
