These terms govern your use of the Snaiperis website (the "Site") and any waitlist sign-up. The Site is operated by an MB registered in Lithuania (referred to as "we", "us", "Snaiperis"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.
1. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means you provide us with an email address so we can let you know when Snaiperis opens to users. There is no payment, no account, and no obligation. You can ask us to remove your email at any time by replying to a waitlist email.
2. Acceptable use
Don't submit other people's emails without their permission. Don't try to break, probe or overload the Site. Don't scrape the Site. We may block access if you do.
3. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of any data eventually displayed, or that the product we're building will ever ship. The waitlist creates no contractual obligation to provide a service.
4. Liability
We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Site, except where liability cannot be limited under Lithuanian law (gross negligence, intent, statutory consumer rights).
5. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above will change. Significant changes will be flagged on the Site.
6. Governing law
Lithuanian law applies. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Lithuanian courts.
